Letter of thanks to Henry W. Shoemaker for copy of periodical, Great thoughts, which includes some of Watts-Dunton's poems. Watts-Dunton also suggests another poem for publication. Includes letter to Shoemaker from Esmeralda Groome which gives family information and identifies Mrs. Locke-Groome as the heroine of The coming of love. Mrs. Groome came from a gypsy family. Both letters are tipped in Watts-Dunton's, The coming of love.
